On Saturday, November 1, 2008, alumni, family, and friends gathered in the Concordia University gym for the annual Alumni Men and Women's Basketball games. The games debut the 2008-09 men and women's CU basketball team and are the kick-off to an exciting season. After the game alums gathered at McMenamin's Kennedy School for food and conversation with the coaches and friends. The final scores of the games were: women's alumni XX, CU XX; men's alumni XX, Varsity CU XX; and men's alumni Jr. Varsity XX, CU XX.
