Humanities
Studying Humanities has been touted as "learning to learn." Often a precursor to a career in law, writing, advertising, or art, a degree in Humanities from Concordia University develops critical thinking, interpretation and communication skills. No other major provides such exposure to our collective cultural heritage. Art, literature, history, and religion are closely examined and discussed. Classes are small to promote discourse and deeper understanding, and internship opportunities include hands-on experiences at newspapers and magazines. Students also produce the campus newspaper and Concordia's literary journal, The Promethean.
